I have been working at Infosys (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Brand value
Most professional Indian IT company (from my interactions with people form other cos)
Vishal is making waves and company seemingly is moving in a positive direction

    Cons

All cons a huge company can have. Diluted people quality each year passing by. You are limited to the good/bad team and unit you are placed. Lateral mobility and location-wise mobility is purely based on business reqmnts and not personal preferences (unless you fight which is tiresome and this should not be the ideal case)
