Pros
If you want to learn systems and processes of a matured Organization, then Infosys is a good place.
Cons
Quality of work is degrading. There are many Organizational level constraints. There is no Work life balance if you are at Onsite and expectation is to work for more then 12-14 hrs daily. There are no big rewards for excellent performers and pathetic performance evaluating system

Pros
Stagnation aka job security. Excellent on the job training in Microsoft office. You get to know how slaves felt back in the day. Managers can use their position to practice on becoming a dictator.
Cons
They are the worst company to work for. Do not believe any of the LinkedIn adverts and posts by them about work life balance and such. They blatantly violate labour laws in the countries they operate in. They mistreat their employees in favour of project margins. The negative reviews in this site are a testimony to the narcissistic crazies who have run the company.

Pros
1. Fantastic training, technically sound E and R team which comprises of faculties and trainers. 2. Customer is given primary importance at all costs. Open culture where you can express your grievances to senior people. 3. Excellent infrastructure and avenues for extra-curricular activities.
Cons
1. Difficult to switch projects once you are a established resource fora project/client. 2. Getting promotions depends on some external factors like slot availability. 3. Work life balance is difficult as support projects might involve shifts and development projects might involve stringent deadlines. However work life balance can be maintained with proper time utilization. 4. Variable component in salary is too high and the salary increments are not satisfactory or as per industry standards. 5. Mandatory minimum number of hours is needed to be clocked on an average on a yearly basis.
