    Pros

    Only positive thing in the company is it's CEO. He has a great character and vision ,but these things are required for any person to be successful in his own life ,and i respect him for that but if you see his policies from a company's growth prospective then you will find out that he takes the things(regular small things inside a company) very personally(on his ego) and then make the policies, which is not a good sign of a manger and also not good for any company's growth . Policies are not employee-centric but CEO -centric .

    This company will give you a reason to understand that why MBA is needed for a managerial position because except one or two, all their managers lack leadership, managerial and most important the motivational skills.They don't even know how to distribute the work properly.They think that cutting an elephant into two is equal to two elephants.

    HR policy is spineless. They can change it anytime and they don't even inform about the change.Funny part is that if you talk any logic to them they will either tell that CEO has told like this or they will tell that they have to ask with CEO. They can't take even a penny decision from their side.You can even feel sorry for them.

    They basically make ERP product and the product is very interesting to work on ,if you have interest in programming but their poor management has made almost every employee hate their profession and the product as well.

     Good thing is that the company will surely force you to think that what you want from your life because of all these useless things?

    The basic framework for development is written in Japan(WorksApp) and the Integration work(developing screens using that framework) is done in India, so they need not respect and recognise the hard work of their employees in India and at any moment they can tell anyone to leave the company irrespective of the employee's hard work and employee's contribution , since any good computer engineer can do the integration work and you don't need any great experience for that.

    Salary is quite average in comparison to other good product based company but CEO will always boast about it by comparing it with other service based company. Since most of the employee force are fresh graduates, the employees are not aware that any good product based company will pay more salary than this and will also give respect for the amount of effort and hard work the employees put to make their work-life balance zero.

    Appraisal policy is based on how much you can butter the managers.For buttering you need to come on weekends even if you don't have work. They say their working hour is from 9AM-6PM. But to butter the managers you need to be in office by at least 8:30PM,even though you might have come early or might have finished the work early .(You can't even imagine, Above mentioned things about appraisal policy are implicit inside company but sometimes your TL or Mangers can even enforce rules like these on you).

    Appraisal is directly proportional to amount of hour you have spend in company plus buttering capacity and inversely proportional to the efficient working.

     If you finish work and try to leave at 6,you will come in everyone's eye.I believe the employee's are also equally culprit for this to make this as a company culture.

    Only reason the company is running is because unemployment rate is very high in country so people are forced to work here even in this condition. What the management is not able to understand is that because of all these things there employee turnover rate is very high and which eventually leads to low grade code quality and lack of learning on product knowledge to solve bugs.

    If by chance you succeed also then please don't do this mistake to give credit to yourself or your management. All credit goes to the unemployment rate and basic money need of common people for surviving and to run the family.

    I am not sure, but there are chances that either CEO is surrounded by the bunch of blindly trusted people(who might have proven their worth in past but surely not now), who are somehow managing to manipulate or hide the real situation inside the company or may be CEO is too much high in his ego that he is not able to see all this.

    In short, If you come out of company then you will start loving this world and you can sustain at any other company very easily.I am really thankful that Infoview has happened in my life and I have started loving my life and this world after this.

    Pros

    Nothing much.

    Soon they'll add "We will provide you water" as one of the company's perks.

    Salary is not great as the other reviews say. It's better compared to service based company. Compared to product based companies this is the lowest pay you will get in the market. For the work they give this salary should be fine.

    Cons

    Learning curve is completely flat. Even 12th state board CS subject should be fine to work here. You'll not even use half of that knowledge. There is nothing to learn.

    Monotonous work will possibly give you stroke.

    Once you get used the work, you are trapped in the company forever. You won't get to know new technologies, no one will be willing to pay the salary you expect for the knowledge and experience you gained here. Your only option will be working there.

    Appraisal evaluation is not clear. As far as my understanding it depends on your TL. So far I have got good team leads. So I have no comments on that. Also your TL will the reason for you getting fired so better be careful with them.

    Why do we work here, it's because of EMI.
    Banks are the only reason for this company's employee count.

    Most of the time you'll be doing one of these things,
    1. Fixing build issues that is not even yours.
    2. Environmental set up.
    3. Waiting for someone else to fix some errors.

    You MUST skip joining this company if you know these words 'Data structures', 'Algorithms'.

    Employee handbook rules are copied from some prison rules. Even these rules are not clear for those you actually copied it. Every time they'll explain it differently so that employee don't get any benefit out it.

    Choose this company to start your career if your one and only option is suicide.

    Advice to Management

    99.98% of your employees hate working for you but you guys are in denial. You guys really must thank the credit card and loan vendors.

    You are being trying to be more inhuman,vague person as I know you will disapprove this review even after knowing the truth mentioned here.

    do me a favour , whenever you come on stage for the next Dream event , please bring the coffee and the buns , that you consider as the the most praised and heart fully provided snacks facility to the employees .
    I bet if you can drink even a cup of it and if you are even able to eat that bun.

    You always talk about quality in your product , which is not even far to say , and you expect everyone to work perfectly as per your instructions like slaves, but have you and your management ever thought about the benefits they provide to employees ?

    You are so keen in watching CCTV footages ,Then have you ever even watched how your new formed cluster leaders enjoy chit chatting complete day - forming groups and on the other hand torturing there team mates. Do they have any work except to just pass on the information , very rarely they are ready to help - but yeah they feel very proud to share the manager information - that if you don’t work 100% perfect , any actions can be taken against you ? Is this your management ??

    All delays , all miss planning happens because of the poor managing power of your management and because of which all employees have to suffer and situation becomes serious most of the times !!

    Just by posting bday message for your employees is not gonna win anybody’s heart , when they have seen your behaviour while not even having a little pardon to pregnant women’s also .

    Instead of making policies to help them go easy - you frame policies
    -not allowed to eat ,drink or bring anythingu to eat, instead of knowing how important it is for her
    - taking useless permissions even to go and have snacks , what the hell do you think you are doing great ??

    Don’t be so egoist , or a psychopath - else you are going to loose the game.

    Although , you got good video editors (black sunglasses) , but showing sentimental attachment towards society is not great when you can’t even be appraised by the employees of your own company !!

    You and your management are not at all great !!

    Framework based company
    If you put in development (you will learn more) - But it depends upon the team.
    No proper training is given for the problem solving.
    No daily training/ test is given for employees.
    But if you are in Testing, There will be less to learn.
    Job insecure - at any point you will be fired(Both dev. and testing)

    Advice to Management

    Please pay attention to the employee's ideas and also problems for a fresher level.
    You shall not only consider the reviews and ratings by Team Leads.
    May be their decision is wrong. Junior/Trainees have lot of problems related to project allotment please find a way to address those issues.
    You will have to train employees in particular technologies and in problem solving to success our Products.
