    Pros

    They are honest and transparent about their client relations & submissions .

    Cons

    Not good finding new positions once your contract is up but once they find it will be a good long term one and worth the wait

    Advice to Management

    They are doing great and keep it up

    Pros

    Only good thing was getting paid on time.

    Cons

    Little to no growth opportunities, not good at finding other projects, no worker loyalty, benefits are expensive. Once placed on project, you never hear from your recruiter. Only in it for themselves

    Advice to Management

    If you want to stay on the top of your game, you need to be flexible and change to stay relevant. Follow through with your promises.

    Pros

    Only pay on time. Nothing else.

    Cons

    Totally fraud/cheating don't expect professional behaviour or conduct, no ethics ....please be very careful. get in writing email, no loose talk especially recruiters and so mean to people. one example VG,etc

    Advice to Management

    Management should check and take appropriate actions on folks doing such things. believe that going to be big mess soon.

    Pros

    The work atmosphere is professional as well as friendly where appropriate. Marketing and HR staff are prompt at responding to employees. All in all a great place to work!

    Cons

    Benefits for full-time consultants needs improvement

    Advice to Management

    They are headed in the right direction. I would recommend compensating better performing consultants in some fashion (maybe an annual bonus) to keep them motivated.Kudos to the management for taking good care of their employees.

    Pros

    Professional work force and a nice place to work for.Provide excellent job opportunities and exposure working with top notch clients.I especially met some of the very nice and highly dynamic business people at Infovision.

    Cons

    I personally don't have any complaints.

    Advice to Management

    I have a great regard for Infovision management. Definitely Need a better rewarding mechanism to motivate the better performing work force to keep the spirit high at times.

    Good Salary with no delays....Awesome HR Dept..!!
    Excellent management and office Staff, with prompt response.
    Great place to work..and competitive environment with growth opportunities.

    Cons

    No team lunches for employees working at client locations :-(

    Advice to Management

    Small Bonus may be once a year!! :-)
