Leaving this Company was the best thing I ever did

Unprofessional, Uneducated Managers, Unprofessional co-workers, more drama than a reality show. No advancement, No safety measures when doing projects, No raise after cap. No money to fix things properly. HR is always on a witch hunt. Corporate Greed. High Turnover of employees because there are better jobs to be found and they fire anyone who disagrees with them. Racist and Sexist behaviors.

Cons

You get hurt then they’ll do everything they can to fight it. They’ll even go as far as to fire you for leaving the premises after being told you can’t come back until you get them something from your doctor.
