    I worked at Infronics Systems full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    You won't find anything pro

    Cons

    Salaries will not be prompt. They will delay as much as possible. No proper support from management. Don't think if they deposit the PF amount monthly. And once you complete the notice period and leave the company you won't even receive the last month salary. And the HR department is the worst of all. And never expect high pay and hike.

    Advice to Management

    If you want some work to be done then pay the employees properly, nothing under the sun is free of cost.

    Its very cool job. No need to worry for task.

    Cons

    No carrier growth. No choice for learning new technologies. not that much good hike.

    nothing to tell abt this company

    Cons

    bad management, no project execution leaders, labor management, dont pay sal even to boys ontime, variable pay even for boys, mgmt not interested in emplyee welfare, no health insurance, recently one employee lost two legs in accident and have 10 lakh bill as of now and mgmt collected 1 day salary 1 lakh from employees and gave to that person

    first seek to behave like a human

    Pros

    There aren't any Pros that you would experience as an employee nor does the employer care to build a repute along the line of business. However, if you are a fresher with a fancy Telugu Surname with no other option in career, - You may get to survive for sometime before you land up into any other good job.

    Cons

    There are role conflicts within the senior management with no clear vision. The top management is only driven by greed. Employees are motivated by rumors and ambiguity of bleak future. Projects keep coming in to keep the organisation afloat however, every body seems to talk big and want to implement nothing practical. This organization follows minimum of 40% variable pay for employees which is divided into variable 1 (20%) and variable 2 (20%). However, the same is not discussed while during joining the organisation with a clear motive to attract talent with an intent of fraud as Variable pay 2 is never paid and variable 1 is missed on a quite a number of occasions. PEOPLE WITH EMI'S - BEWARE! Not every new joiner would clearly go through the offer letter and this is where they bank on. When you leave the organisation, they make sure you are penalized hereby ranging from - not paying variable pay at all to abusing till going to an extent of getting physical. I personally haven't seen any organization with as worse as these ethics.

    Advice to Management

    Please understand that employees are not to be blamed or penalized for your deeds.

    I got good ex poser on developing mobile apps.

    Cons

    The projects used to go little bit slow should be fast.

    It would be good if you put good packages for employees.

    Pros

    There is a supposedly strong sales team which know how to "manage" government which is useful when the products have no value

    Cons

    Senior Management have lost the plot, removing key executives that know the direction the company needs to go and replacing them with senior general managers without a clue!

    Advice to Management

    Stop trusting senior executives blindly and start listening to lower level resources if you want to save the company

    Pros

    1. It is a product based company so there is a chance and hope for some Research and Development working environment.
    2. Mostly deals with Govt. projects so advantage for the employees to learn how to deal with the Govt.
    3. The Working environment is cool and calm.

    1. No Moral Values for the Management, If the employee has the work, he will remain if not he will be fired.
    2. Too many politics and can't expect what will happen at any time.
    3. No Performance appraisals and No performance reviews.
    4. No one is safe in the company, If he is required , he will stay otherwise he will be fired.
    5. HR policies are very poor and aimless.
    6. Accounts department is very bad and irresponsible
    7. Very poor management skills.
    8. Too many board meetings but no conclusions.
    9. Pay scale is very poor if you are a fresher.

    Advice to Management

    1. Please respect the employees
    2. Employees are the real strength of any company don't ever weaken them mentally.

    Pros

    The company has no set goals, no growth plan and the HR Policy is very unfair.
    Good exposure to new technologies is the only bright sport.

    Zero knowledge transfer to new employees. the employees have to struggle by themselves

    No planning in terms of hiring resources resulting in frequent lay offs.

    Not a good place to work if you want a Professional Career Path

    Cons

    No aggressive sales staff to get order and senior management is incapable of handling critical issues.

    Improve upon Performace appraisal systems. Take 360 deg feedback.
    Reduce bureaucracy and improve support services in terms of speed as well as their behaviour towards associates
