    Pros

    Learning Home Infusion, employees are wonderful, clinic director best boss so far.

    Cons

    Now a corporation and corporate is always changing things up, even letting people go with very little notice do to job eliminations.

    This was great company when it was owned by deaconess

    Cons

    deaconess made a sell and sold IP to CHS

    bad financial decisions

    Core employees are knowledgable and great to work with.

    Cons

    Lack of communicaton, training and organization between corporate and centers.

    Advice to Management

    Remeber that your employees are your driving force. Without good core, skilled employees, you lose on quality. Know what they do and appreciate them for it.
