    Pros

    Great colleagues. Quiet, peaceful work environment. Good location and close to food and nightlife. Good pay and benefits. Fun holiday parties.

    Cons

    Poor communication with other offices overseas as a result of time differences. Legacy software and a lot of maintenance due to many hands in the pot.

    I worked at Ingenico Group full-time

    Pros

    - Company is growing, so layoffs are not expected.
    - Nicest co-workers ever.
    -Great potential in Customer Service

    Cons

    - Less recognition for hard work
    - the position i was in had permanent overtime but there was no overtime pay and no bonus for extra work, so i had to leave.
    - People should get paid extra if they work 7 days a week or more than 40 hours a week.

    Advice to Management

    - Please screen new employees better, please give recognition, and please be fair to all employees

    Pros

    Ingenico is a great place for talented individuals to grow. The company promotes from within and allows people to move across disciplines and even regions to continue to expand their talent while executing for the company. It is also great to see the result of your work in the products and solutions that consumers use every day.

    Cons

    As the company grows, it is difficult to remain nimble as process become more rigid.

    Advice to Management

    Provide the opportunity for strong performances to earn stock options or shares of the company as part of their compensation.

    This is a well known company. They know the terminals business. It is a good size company, about 6000 people worldwide.

    Cons

    It is a slow moving company. They do not know the local markets well but think they do. They know Europe best.

    Learn local markets

    A fun place to workforce with lots of action from partying for the executive board and working day and night.

    Cons

    To many young girls playing behind the bosses and become a dirty organization. Over work the workers with less pay.

    Remote office creates challenges with workload management. Company still needs to work on improving communication and standardizing processes.
