    Pros

    Great coworkers who are fun.

    Cons

Workers are not given incentives and no opportunities for advancement.

    Advice to Management

Overall, management does an alright job. But I would suggest less micro managing of the people who really do work hard, more micro managing for the people who don't, more incentives, communication between the help desk and account managers could be a lot better, more team building/ meetings, let your employees know every once in a while that they're appreciated; and prepare them for success/ opportunities for advancement.

I worked at Ingenico Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Desperate for employment or a love of pain

    Cons

No communication between France and US
They assign work then leave you hanging.
Example, they sell to Oracle shops then tell you to support them.
France group says, we don't support Oracle and you can't have the code.
Your boss says fix it. If you are crazy you can hack the code, some do, but beware, if there is a problem, it's all on you. Your manager will claim ignorance. Get it all in writing.

    Advice to Management

    Quit

I worked at Ingenico Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

My review is for the San Francisco office specifically, which is part of Ingenico e-Payments. I believe the overall company outlook is better. The pros from working here were decent work-life balance, solid benefits, and a chance to learn more about e-commerce from the inside out.

    Cons

The culture was not very supportive for those who wanted to grow and move into new roles. Pay was limited and promotions and raises were nearly impossible to get. It seemed like the company was aware of the high turnover problems and did nothing to address them.

    Advice to Management

Take better care of your employees. Try to listen to what they are telling you not just what you want to hear.
