I have been working at Ingersoll Rand full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The first thing that struck me was the global initiatives revolving around sustainability, IR truly is motivated to do their part and also influence other organizations to do the same. Next is the culture, a company who truly values their employees and encourages diversity and inclusion. In addition embraces a work/life balance and offers flexible work schedules and arrangements. To work for a company that is constantly sought after and respected is a rare find and an honor!

    Cons

    Have not found one yet.
