Cons
Current management are not in touch with the associates. The mantra is their way or the highway. If it wasn't for the general associates, the company would not survive long. Not much money for training. Lately, do not respect long term associates with 15+ years......quite a few have been laid off recently. Not a very good work/life balance - they always want more.

Price and quality of healthcare benefits have degraded over time, but this is probably more a result of legislation that is outside of Ingram's control. They do seem to be trying to offset this with some success.

Good structure, benefits, work environment. Mostly non-corporate atmosphere. For a large company I think they do their best to give their employees the freedom to do their best work possible. Good work/life balance.
