    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Ingram Micro full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people, great relationships. PTO is solid. You can take your time when you need it.

    Cons

Benefits are terrible. Lack of vision and direction by the CEO. Company values are just a chimera and a shell.

    Advice to Management

Trying to decentralize the business model has created short-sidedness and country chief's making poor decisions for the company impacting working capitol. CFO is not privy to decisions since the country execs have autonomy in decisions and hence the problems of poor profit margins and excessive OpEx.

I have been working at Ingram Micro full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

My team is amazing and overall, people here are just great. There are tons of opportunities for personal and professional growth, but you have to be willing to work for it - there are no "free rides" here! There are also a lot of ways to get involved - workplace events, committees, volunteering, etc. There's something for everyone, but it is what you make of it!

    Cons

No matter where you work, there are days that are more stressful than others (otherwise it wouldn't be called "work"). Some people can find fault in everything. If you have a positive attitude, there really isn't much to complain about here.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up! You're doing a great job.
