The people here are great! My management has supported my professional development even when it meant losing me to another team. If you want to climb the corporate ladder, all of the resources are there, but you have to be proactive about it. Dress code is casual. Lots of food, events, and freebies. Health insurance is great.

We don’t get paid competitively based on the industry. The internal systems need updating. Work life balance is hard to achieve in certain roles and should be taken into consideration before choosing a role.

My group is very stable. Most staff have been around 10+ years. Very friendly environment to work. Management balance work/life and respect you personal needs.

Advancement is limited... can take years to be promoted. Pay and benefit is a little less compared to industry.

They Don't care about the Employees and thus they have decided to Terminate 250+ people at one go without looking at there performance in the Pandemic , whom they have hired almost a year back , Even when the business was doing great and Profits Growing.
