    Pros

Compensation, atmosphere, and products company sells are all very good. Company has innovative culture, or at least tries to have one.

Company is very slow to implement any changes, typical of many other big companies. I'm not sure any large food company has figured this out yet.

    Advice to Management

Upper Management has no clue what is going on, many departments (one in particular is a REVOLVING DOOR); managers should promote growth from within and value the employees who show dedication before they leave for a better opportunity. Send managers to management training and not just allow them to continue to make mistakes.
