I have been working at Inizio Interventions full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Excellent training and support from supervisors. Schedulers are very efficient and easy to reach. The company is also flexible and works with your schedule. Culture is friendly and professional.

    Cons

One downside is there is not much enough room for professional growth because the company has a two tier model. If you are working towards getting BCBA supervision hours, you'll have to scrimp and work extra hard for your indirect hours. Another is they pay less compared to other agencies.

    Advice to Management

more opportunities for advancement for therapists, so they don't have to leave or look elsewhere

I have been working at Inizio Interventions full-time

      Pros

On-going support to the team members, a lot of positive reinforcement, favourable work environment. Professional supevisors, and a lot of opportunity for ptofessional growth.

      Cons

As the company is not one of the biggest ones in the field there are not too many opportunities for the employees to have a higher position.

      Advice to Management

Keep on the high standards of work ethics; it always pays off. It is great how you support team members whenever needed.

      Cons

*Not as much supervision as a new behavior therapist needs. *At times you'll feel like your own supervisor, which is good and bad. *When I first started I seen my supervisor once and not for the rest of the month.

I have been working at Inizio Interventions (Less than a year)

        Pros

Wonderful Supervisors, very involved and provide excellent support, feedback, and ongoing training for their Behavior Therapists.

        Cons

Difficult to build a high case load, but this is the nature of ABA work, and not a criticism of Inizio per se. If you are new to this type of work, don't expect this to be your sole source of income (at least not in the beginning)
