Pros
When I joined Inklusiiv, I was absolutely blown away by the amount of transparency within the organization. From the very get-go, I felt part of the team and the company mission. There were no secrets and sugarcoating, not in the recruitment process, onboarding or in everyday work life. While Inklusiiv is truly on the mission to grow, it still puts its people first. Personal well-being, burnout prevention and work-life satisfaction is constantly evaluated and developed. It's not a fluffy thing they say, but in fact, they clearly try to advance it. We have the best monthly team activities, learning breakfasts, donut dates, and an open-door policy that make work easy and actually fun. Even offices have a gym, yoga room, a sauna, a terrace with a BBQ, which are nice places to deload occasionally with the team. Because of the environment, people and practices, I fully feel I can be myself at work without any judgment. I can ask for help, I can give honest feedback and I can say no, without any fear of ramifications. The diverse and inclusive background of the team definitely promotes this sense of belonging. The team is always willing to help as well as spar useful topics and projects. I have also enjoyed the flexibility; I can choose my own projects, I can work from home/aboard and at any time I prefer. There is a sense of trust within the organization which enables this. I simply feel so valued at Inklusiiv.
Cons
Because there is such a high level of transparency, there can be an information overload at times, especially as the team and operations grow.
