The recently promoted the COO into the CEO position (Not Nick who's listed as CEO here), which will be the downfall of this great company. He's self-absorbed, selfish and makes promises he does NOT keep. He's not well liked by both the field and corporate. Between him and the CFO, they worry more about lining their own pockets than sharing the rewards with the corporate team who worked so hard last year.
