- "Employees feel under trained and under supported and nitpicked to death.Almost like managers are bored and have nothing to do but think of roadblocks to our job and assign an arbitrary value to it.Disregarding reality..Some employees feel like Managers need to be impartial as well and not reserve opportunities for personal friends." Inmar Employees or Future Employees MUST READ
Jul 26, 2013 - Anonymous Employee in Winston-Salem, NCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Very nice building being restored in downtown Winston Salem with NC's money.
Cons
It's sad when you see all your fellow co-workers health is going down hill because of the stress of doing something wrong or being nicked picked over things that should not matter. Inmar is taking advantage of the people they still have and it's sad to see Inmar doing this to loyal employees. They have a 5 year contract with NC to pay back all this money they are 'borrowing'. I do not see Inmar being around in 5 years or if they are they will most likely be public - which means what happens to the money they owe NC? Inmar is 'borrowing' money from NC to be paid back by maybe future stock holders? How does that work? I am seeing another Dell fail in the future!

Not "Inmarvelous"
May 22, 2013 - Anonymous Employee in Winston-Salem, NCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Some fantastic people work at Inmar. Those people are fun to work with and all carry great potential. The benefits are decent, and I'm sure the new building will bring new benefits of its own. Company is focused on the future and will invest in it.
Cons
Favoritism and nepotism is rampant throughout the company. Hard to picture any upper mobility when you see positions being created for a select few and family members. Pay structure is uneven and well below where it should be. Upper management expects top notch results but won't pay for it nor invest in the technology needed. Every year came with a new focus... Healthcare! Digital! And now... Analytics! If history repeats itself, expect a good portion of the Analytics division to be laid off after a year or so as well. Company is apparently 'strong' right now, but the layoffs have killed morale. Hard to 'skip to work' when you're friends are being let go.

Great place to learn and work
Dec 24, 2020 - Software Engineer in HyderābādRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The organisation does a great job of creating a fun environment that also motivates people to be their best. Provides positive work environment without any discrimination between an experienced employee and a fresher. High professional attitude amongst most of the employees. The managers are more like leaders than a boss, who always encourages the team mates. The Managers are highly approachable and very considerate. Any employee can approach the management on any regards with absolutely no hesitation. Every effort is recognised and is paid off at the right time. No blame game is payed at any instance. The organisation has a structured and impressive benefits in the pay scale including Medical benefits. Irrespective of the covid pandemic, work from home is positively encouraged.
Cons
No cafeteria in the office. No transport provided by the office yet fuel reimbursement is there.

Cons

Continue readingThere is so much to a great company culture. We are glad you are enjoying the many important aspects that we work to incorporate for a terrific associate experience. Pay is, of course, an important part of that, which is why pay is carefully benchmarked against similar roles with similarly sized companies in the market. In addition to yearly Merit increases, associates, depending on position, have access to additional earning opportunity programs, such as our Team Achievement Dividend (TAD), productivity bonuses, etc. Please talk with your manager or Great Teams Business Partner if you have specific observations or questions. We improve together through productive, open dialogue!

Your lifespan will decrease by 5 years working here

Therapy is covered by insurance because you’ll need it. Canadian labour laws
Cons
They offered me the role like it was sunshine and daises when it was boiling hot sewer water. There was no on boarding, expect to be scolded by the entire company for every small mistake like misspellings and have it held over you for all of eternity. Expect to take on multiple roles alone. No one will help you. You are expected to do the work of 4 people…all by yourself. Expect to be walked all over, intimidated, and abused on the daily. The politics are awful, if people don’t like you, they will destroy your career and reputation and they have the power to do so. No culture of a pushback, you succeed here if you are a yes man. The pay is trash and you will never see it anyways. Bonus is non existent. This place was like a prison, I wouldn’t send my worst work enemy here. The Canadian director is bizarre and unethical. Beware of this company and working with the Canadian team you will hate your life. I would give 0 stars if allowed

money and casual dress, benefits, and insurance
Cons
Every since David Mounts arrived Inmar.. PEOPLE WITH TENURE are getting booted out the door. Its all about the bottom line and getting younger people working for half the pay.
