    Pros

Dynamic culture, genuinely care about their employees. The company is loaded with very smart people - great place to learn and grow.

    Cons

Geographically spread out which sometimes makes things difficult, but the support is always there to overcome. Insurance benefits are a bit expensive, but no more so than other similar size organizations.

    Advice to Management

Remain focused on long term growth and sustainability. Dedicate resources to drive a truly robust global solution. Consider changing portions of the technology team to complete work that has taken entirely too much time and resources to complete.

I worked at InnerWorkings full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fun, entrepreneurial environment with a lot of smart executives with fast-paced expectations for growth. High degree of competencies with strategic sourcing/supplier network and technology applications (custom developed for large clients).

    Cons

Grew a lot by acquisitions - so there are several silos throughout global footprint as different markets and management teams learn what others capabilities are - not consistent in every country.

    Advice to Management

Need to standardize roles/responsibilities across different job descriptions, so that team members are fairly tasked with appropriate work, and have career progression opportunities.

    Pros

Excellent Benefits. Received proper training on systems as changes were made. Sales Staff and Sales VP were friendly and we all worked as a team for the clients best interest.

    Cons

The vendor contract requirements were not viable towards Promotional Products and Premium vendors. They are only pertinent towards print sources. We lost a lot of great vendors.

    Advice to Management

Reconsider the vendor requirements for Promotional Products and Premium vendors.
