I worked at Innovative Artists Talent & Literary Agency full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Worked in the commercial department with a great, hardworking, supportive team and had many fun, appreciative clients.

    Cons

The company itself really doesn't care about the assistants at all. As a talent assistant in any department, you are replaceable and they treat you as such. Also, there is little room to move up in the company.
