    Pros

If you're looking for consulting work that pays well, this is one of the many good agencies to work. I had no problems while I was working with them.

    Cons

When my contract ended, I felt as though there was no effort in placing me with another company. Too many recruiter changes (3 in 4 years). Never knew who I should be talking to.

    Advice to Management

Please provide more communication with consultants in the field in the beginning, middle and end of their contract.
