    I worked at Innovatix full-time

    Pros

Working in Innovatix helps connect me to people with different professional background. The work environment is friendly and diverse. My supervisor also offers me enough support on my assignments. Their kitchen appliances are well prepared that you can bring your own lunch everyday without spending. You can easily find everything you need to make your lunch coffee as well. Their IT tech support has excellent customer service and they will get back to you with the resolution the day you reach out for assistance. If you are learning driven, you can also request additional training. They will let you know the schedule when it becomes available.

    Cons

There are not many cons. Network migration seems to cause end users some trouble on completion. Competition between minorities seems prevalent.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Good hours, nice/fun people. Easy to get the job and not hard, many people just do the bare minimum (not necessarily a pro, but depends on what you are looking for).

    Cons

Office is inconvenient to get to, not much around to eat for lunch, benefits are not great, CEO is a jerk, extremely high turnover rate, low pay, no opportunities to work from home, still expected to be in the office in extreme and dangerous weather conditions, not a lot of opportunities for growth. The parent company, Premier, is sinking and relying on Innovatix to keep them afloat. They do not have good technology which creates a lot of frustration and makes it difficult to do the job. If you just want an easy, deadend job where you can slide by then it’s great. If you are looking to start a career then run

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees what they are worth. Stop focusing on how many calls people make and focus on the quality of the work they are doing

    I worked at Innovatix full-time

    Pros

Set own schedule, while working from home office; built in-person customer relationships; opportunity to learn about many different types of healthcare GPO contracts

    Cons

Field sales reps were required to travel 80% (4 days per week); work included many administrative tasks, which could often take up more than 8 hours per week. Workload in multi-state territory sometimes too great to pay attention to detail.

    Advice to Management

Improve communication to field reps and provide admin support

    Negative Outlook

    I worked at Innovatix full-time

    Pros

Nice and friendly "colleagues", kids out of college.

    Cons

No growth, no rewards for job well done, no learning curves or potential to learn, very 9-5 and above all very very cliquey and extremely unprofessional. Regret my time here. HR recruiter was the absolute most unethical biased person I have ever encountered.

    Advice to Management

Take in to account the effort and hard work your foundation, entry level personnel make and get off your high horse.

I have been working at Innovatix full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A unique business model and great company to learn the GPO industry and get your foot in the door with Pharma and Medical Supply distribution. You can learn a great deal if you are open to it. You have the opportunity to work with some big name contracted suppliers in both the Healthcare and Non-Healthcare industries.

    Cons

Office politics, senior management views the staff as disposable which is why they have such a difficult time retaining great talent, salaries are not very competitive, if you aren't favorited or hired through a family friend you will have a hard time getting anywhere in this company.

    Advice to Management

Do a better job of recognizing and valuing the dedicated and hardworking employees and your turnover will drop dramatically.

    Pros

Good health benefits and 401K. A good young workforce that is fun for people just out of college.

    Cons

It's a job not a career. Not a lot of opportunities for upward mobility and despite what they try to tell you it's a call center.

    Cons

Nepotism, favoritism, popularity contest, brown nosing, hard work not really appreciated.

    Advice to Management

Overtime is not necessary to prove hardworking ethics if you manage to get your job done and more within your 7-8 hour day.
