    I have been working at Inova Solutions (Less than a year)

    Pros

    management was great, no one micro-manages, you have the ability to take control

    Cons

    pay could be increased, and some sort of performance based bonus structure would be appreciated

    They encourage you to take ownership of your job and be independent. Opportunity for growth up to a certain point.

    Cons

    The company needs to become more flexible with their employees if they want the best work out of them

    Less rules - trust employees more

    Pros

    current employees were all friendly and helpful. flexible work hours, management definitely cared about employees. learned quite a bit through training, book clubs, and work experience

    Cons

    work environment was very relaxed in terms of language and dress code.

    Pros

    Small, supportive environment. Get to interact with large companies because of the customer base.

    Cons

    Hard to change the roles of some folks (from upper management to lower level) who have been there a very long time. Can be resistant to change (as in "We've always done it that way.."_)
