I worked at Inovalon full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Ability to work remotely.

    Cons

I have worked for this company on two different occasions, the first time starting in 2010 for 14 months under Claims Integrity and the second time for five years ending in 2017 under the Risk Adjustment project. I lost all seniority when I went back the second time which was 14 months. Seniority seems to mean nothing to this company. I have seen people with over 9 years layed off. I did gain a great amount of knowledge but experienced a tremendous amount of stress, mostly due to harrasment from my supervisor who thought they could get away with anything they wanted. Which was not reported to higher ups due to fear of losing my job.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate the longevity that some have with the company. Pay attention to how some supervisors treat their team members. Improve upon company contributions towards health benefits.

I have been working at Inovalon full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

15.5$ Entry pay for Review Specialist positions.
    Guaranteed hours/schedule
Great training and makes sure of understanding before working the floor
    Great local upper management

    Cons

Outsources pretty much all positions higher than Review specialist III and very little to no department switching opportunities.
Terrible Out of Office Executive/Corporate Management
Little to no community building efforts for Phoenix office compared to Maryland office.
Feels like the orphaned step sibling office compared to East Coast HQ.

    Advice to Management

Stop Outsourcing for any advancement opportunities for employees that have stuck through the grind at the company.
