The team is fully remote, with flexibility to be away of desk, anytime during the day, you just have to be committed to your work by login back to finish your core schedule.

Pros
When you work in Inpsyde you work 100% remote. You are going to be working in a very advanced way of working with wordpress and PHP. We in Inpsyde aim for the better each day. In fact we have our own tools to build High quality Plugins and websites. Releases processes, and much more fun.
Cons
You will find disadvantages only if you compare with another job with similar way of working. This is not my case.

Also what made a great impression was the company's culture and values, and that everyone in the team is really welcoming. No disadvantages whatsoever; management trusts your decisions and sees you as a team player. Don't be fooled; they are pretty serious and discipline regarding the company goals.
