    Pros

    I enjoyed in company for about 8 years. From day 1 it was a learning process in the company. Great thing which I found in company is you will be given n number of opportunities if you can prove your capability. I have seen lot of people growing in right direction. Management always bother about employees always tries to be transparent.

    Cons

    Technology end initially both at Development and Quality end company could have focused more on product tracking, unit testing and test automation which has delayed for many years.

    Advice to Management

    Best management I worked.

    - Dynamic CEO is a very big plus point. Umberto believes in building culture rather than just a company.
    - Favourable compensation.
    - Culture Culture Culture!!!! Loved it all along.

    - Hyper-growth atmosphere so it's never boring.
    - Experienced leadership team guiding the ship.
    - Friendly, open atmosphere.

    - They invest a lot in their employees to be happy and create an environment where everyone want…
    - When coming to Solving problems in smarter/ better way by using technologies like machine learning / statistical models / data science keeps our company as a leader in data intelligence industry.

    Cons

    Very little opportunity for promotions. Not many worries about title though.

    Advice to Management

    We need to race against big giants and catch up them soon. To do that I think we need more and more successful deals and happy customers.!!! Engineers are ready to put any effort to make the customers delight . Include Senior Data - Engineers in all sorts of new vendor contract talks and if possible customer support calls reg data issues.

    Pros

    Great values, zero politics, values culture - Hard (not impossible) to find such company in India.
    Work life balance is superb. No fuss about office timings and all, only thing matters is your deliverable.

    Cons

    You will mostly not find your work challenging hence learning curve could be flat. Cross team collaboration could be improved.

    Advice to Management

    Cross team collaboration should be improved. Everything else is good. Keep up the startup culture.

    I have taken good decision by joining insideview. people are talented. cool environment. learning a lot in terms of technology. good work life balance. Manager does not interfare as long as work is delivered. exciting snacks are provided. which I like the most.. :)

    Cons

    space crunch, parking issue, I cant think anything more. If I compare to similar company, pay could have been better. Products need to be more matured to survive in the competition.

    Its a good company with lot of learning, park is good, people are awesome, friendly manager.

    Each company has its some drawback. Only draw back is - people involved in lot of meetings than actual work.

    Again depends on team u r . As a startup it should focus more on marketing . Some times product owners are stuck into decisions.

    Pros

    Adapting new technologies leading more scope to learn, End to end development, friendly work atmosphere, flexible timings.

    Cons

    Recent organization level changes may restrict your freedom of development a bit but manageable, less office space. Low level of engagement in outdoor sports and team building activities, which are stress busters.

    Advice to Management

    If you have rules, publish them. Don't make them like rule for those who follow and none for rule breakers. For smaller organizations it is good to have freedom, but it may create frustration for older employees when strength is growing.
