I have been working at InsideView full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great place to be creative, lots of rooms to grow and a fun culture.

    Cons

Parking in Potrero hill could be better!

    Advice to Management

Bi yearly reviews would be helpful and clear incentives or mbos. People want to know how they could be doing thier jobs better if they aren't.

I worked at InsideView (Less than a year)

    Pros

Lot of opportunity to grow, lots of space to contribute with valuable ideas

    Cons

Lack of processes, lack of med and long term Marketing Strategy, everything is "planned" on the fly

    Advice to Management

Walk the Talk - they bragg about the great company's culture, but, not all of them set example.
