    Recruiters are very good about communication and matching your experience with your career goals.

    Cons

    Sometimes the waiting process can be a patience tester, but they are good about filling in the gaps with contract work until your perfect position comes through.

    Keep up the good work! Kyle in Dallas is my Corporate Recruiter and he does a very great job at communication and follow up.

    Love the staffs, they are very professional and direct. Great agency to get into high potential growing companies. Love the IG time log portal. Eliminated the need for time sheet

    the best part I thought was great is on my first day they actually met me at the company I was assigned to and walked me to meet the person I was to work for!!!!! never have I had this done!!! it was not like I was lost didn't have a contact name that changes. it is a good feeling to know someone is making sure you are in the right place!!

    I really dongt have any at this time and I hope I never have any

    Pros

    Insight Global is THE BEST Contracting agency I have ever worked for. Once they contact you there is not a long wait time, for anything. They are upfront with the whole process. My Contracting Lead is Chelsea Hytla ( PPG Pittsburgh , PA ) location. I had no questions after meeting with her initially she covered everything. I knew what each and every step was from that point on. The hiring process did not take long and before you knew it I was interviewing with Willis Towers & Watson. The very same day less than 30 minutes after my interview I was offered the position and giving a start date and Training schedule. The job itself you learn so much , the staff and employees are very welcoming. The transition from me not working for a while really was warm hearting. There is growth at Willis Towers & Watson and I plan on being hired on as a permanent employee. This is where I will retire , Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

    I worked for insight global temporary service. My interview went well and I was able to get hired quickly for employment.

    Cons

    It a temporary service so if you don't like the assignment that you're on they might not be able to find you another assignment.
