I have been working at Insight Global full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everything is pretty great, the culture, pay, benefits, commission structure, incentives.

    Cons

You have to 100% be competitive. Could use more PTO days a year, and they could be more lax about sick days

    Advice to Management

Make sure you are all paying equal attention to your employees, neglect leads to people wanting to leave

I have been working at Insight Global as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

401k matching 2% up to $250, flexible hours, offer health, dental and vision

    Cons

Could have better 401k, health care options limited, no paid time off, no paid holidays, high premiums on insurance

    Advice to Management

Standard fare for contract work. Having options to have health coverage is nice if you aren't interested in ACA plans. Yet, there are too many downfalls to really advise anyone to work as a contract employee.

I have been working at Insight Global full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Good Local Management
    Decent Hourly wage
    Good company infrastructure

    Cons

Poor Insurance Benefits compared to other Companies
    No Paid Vacation time
    Lack of interaction from supervisor

    Advice to Management

Need to take a look at what benefits are provided at other comparable companies.
Once hired, someone in the company should take the time to personally meet with the employee to make a connection.

I have been working at Insight Global full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Communicative, Responsive, Genuine

I have worked with Insight Global on two consulting contracts over the last two years and they have been wonderful. I love the Recruitment staff and the Client Managers they have always been very responsive to the needs of the consultants while working onsite at companies.

    Cons

Benefits and Health Plan for Field employees. they do not offer PTO, Health/Dental plans do not start for 90 day these are just a few cons. Yet, not major if you get your health plan somewhere else and you are okay with taking time without pay for vacation just budget for the non paid time off.

    Advice to Management

Look at Offering a few more benefits to the consulting employees your Product in the field.

    Pros

The staff here was very diligent and expedient in placing me with the new opportunity that was wonderful. I truly appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail in this matter

    Cons

I don't have any complaints. As soon as I started working with them they were very punctual and provided plenty of information. The only possible downside I could think of is sometimes I may not of gotten a response as quickly as I would've liked

I have been working at Insight Global as a contractor

    Pros

    Lianna Constantini, Carolina Bernal, Julia and Kaylee;
Always polite, courteous, you feel that the other person really cares about you and wants to resolve your matter fast,

They _CALL BACK_ right away, not after two days like some obscure companies I dealt with,
addressing all my worries right away, making sure I always know what's going on.
One time, I even received a message email during a holiday for a critical matter

Insight Global San Jose team are a rare jewel,
such a caring, communicative, warm, proficient, resourceful and friendly staffing team!

    Cons

"Must enter five words in cons section to post review"

    Advice to Management

    Advice to management:
Lease Lianna Constantini, a company car. this way you have a higher chance of retaining her services over time.

I worked at Insight Global (More than a year)

    Pros

    It's a job, at least.

    Cons

Recruiters actively mislead contractors about opportunities, then disappear.

As a contractor, expect recruiters to be disengaged at best and outright hostile at worst.

The client I worked for was constantly complaining about messed-up invoicing, phone calls that never were returned, and countless balls that were dropped.

    Advice to Management

Incentivize your recruiters to match clients and contractors - not just fill seats for $$$. Get your AP department in order.

    - Competitive Pay

    Cons

    - Highs and Lows of Sales
    - Extremely High Expectations / Competitive Environment

    Advice to Management

    - More Individual Development with Recruiters
    - Implement a Mentor System (More Development)

I worked at Insight Global (Less than a year)

    Pros

This company employees people who are energetic and fun, consequently I met amazing coworkers and made lifetime friendships

    Cons

Some of the downsides were zero autonomy. No freedom to get up from your desk, you are treated like a number who needs to punch in and punch out. Work life balance is not a concern for them.
