Working with youth the youth is very rewarding. Making a difference in the lives of youth who's had challenges in their lives.
Poor management, greedy corporate, no raises, high goals, don't care about employees, very little training, office building has a bad oder, high turnover, the bonuses are set high and almost impossible to meet, very low morale, micromanaged, no flexibility, no room to advance, no appreciation for tenure, staff are only shown attention right before audits or assessments!

Hire great, qualified, well trained managers and not just friends and family!
