I worked for them for 2.5 years in their PMO. I thought the company was great to work for. The company is hip and young and forward thinking, but lacks innovation in a few areas. Overall I’d give them a 4.5/5.

        2. What’s a fair salary for a district manager in the QSR business? A little context here. Currently a district operations manager working for Dunkin brands. I’m currently overseeing 17 locations, have 6 years of experience and great track record of increasing sales and bottom line revenue. Thanks in advance!

I don't know what DMs make in the Pittsburgh area but GM's can make anywhere from 55 to 65K. Our DMs work harder than most so I would like to think the compensation is significantly better.

it is indeed a paying job

                    Cons

They expect too much for minimum wage workers, they increasingly ask more and more with little care for the people actually in the stores working and little interest in their employees needs being met. Do not work for this brand if you have the choice. No work life balance. Little benefits outside of what is required by law. No help or training outside of short unhelpful videos. Increased audits with no room for failure or error while simultaneously not giving stores what they need to succeed. Value low labor over customer service. Often only two people in a store but still expect 110%.

I’m interviewing with a vp of product today for a product design manager role and in my prep I’m struggling to think of a response for “a time I disagreed with leadership” like I know there have been times but I can’t think of a specific any tips or advice?

Does anyone have any suggestion templates for a message to send on linkedin that they’ve tested/worked to get a response from a recruiter that works at the company but isn’t linked to the job posting / hiring manager when you see a job posting that you are a right fit for and don’t have a relationship that you were able to build with time like most of these career advisors suggest and don’t want it to come across like a ask?

                      Manager

I’ve recently completed an interview for my dream job at a dream company. It went well (and received same feedback from HR afterwards), however I was just informed the position is placed on hold to ascertain their resources, etc. my interviewer was the head of the department. Would it be inappropriate for me to reach out to her on LinkedIn to let her know I would be interested in any future roles on her team?
