    I worked at Inspiring Interns

    Pros

This business was a pleasure to join; everything was rosy. But then sales stagnated. Budgets stagnated. Salaries stagnated. Energy levels dropped and the only thing that was done to improve things was tequila. And music.

    Cons

Too many key staff members were 'forced to leave' or quit. Stop moving the goalposts. Pay people what they are worth.

    Advice to Management

Read the other (negative) reviews on this site closely; they contain some good advice. Invest in your staff.

    I worked at Inspiring Interns

    Pros

Flexi time Breakfast and snacks provided in the office

    Cons

The CEO is a very narcissistic and racially insensitive individual who thinks that the world revolves around him. He has an exaggerated need for attention and validation. While working at Inspiring Interns & Graduates I have witnessed certain members of staff be persistently picked on for doing things that other members of staff do on a daily basis. On numerous occasions the CEO would call staff to his office,...

    Advice to Management

Treat your staff better Be transparent Be racially sensitive Give people the commission that they worked for Reward staff and give them incentives to stay(prices in the black bin are not an incentive) Stop asking staff to write fake positive reviews on glassdoor whenever you recieve a truthful review that you may not like.

    I worked at Inspiring Interns

    Pros

    - the core team are nice and go out of their way to make you feel welcome - good opportunity to gain experience and gain insight into different industries. - free breakfast and Friday drinks

    Cons

    - there is no progression. Don’t even bother trying. The management will try and con you into thinking you can gain experience in whatever you want but it’s a lie. - the management are horrendous. The only thing they care about is making sure you’re doing their work. - lack of respect to staff. Staff who had been at inspiring for years left without a goodbye from management, which seemed petty and demotivating.

    Advice to Management

You talk about helping so many graduates achieve their dreams yet you won’t let your own employees do so. Let people gain experience in areas they are interested in and show some respect to them when they leave. Change the management. How can anyone have motivation when management spend most of their time walking up and down, making people cry and asking them to do their own work. No wonder people treat every job at...

I worked at Inspiring Interns full-time

    Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, free breakfast, Friday drinks and dogs running around the office. Most people who work there are genuinely very nice!

    Cons

The management is the worst. They don't understand what employees' day to day responsibilities are so they can't offer advice to direction. Also, management is scared to say to your face if you're doing something wrong so you don't really know where you stand most of the time. All they care about is hitting a target and if you don't you're not given advice on how to improve. Some of the senior management is sexist and...
