I worked at InstaEDU full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They do pay a fair wage to tutors for their services.

    Cons

However, they will notify you of an issue by simply letting you know your application is no longer valid. I am concerned about getting paid for the time I put in this week, and I cannot reach anybody that has knowledge or information for that type of issue. The corporate numbers are no longer in service.

    Advice to Management

Give employees and former contractors your phone number to address any concerns.

    Pros

    Flexible schedule, not much else.

    Cons

Once you get one bad review you are watched closely. I had 500+ good reviews and less than a handful of negative reviews and they started to give me warnings.

    Pros

The best things about working at InstaEDU are that you choose your own hours, work within your field of expertise, and receive high hourly wages for part-time work.

    Cons

Students/customers frequently expect you to answer questions or rewrite papers, neither of which are you supposed to do. It is important that you regulate the types of support you offer and agree to perform.
