Pros

- The team assembled here is incredible. Not only is everyone simply awesome, but incredibly intelligent and insanely talented. - Join an all-star team of players who's egos are left at home - Product is second to none, and the fun is just beginning - Diversity! (no explanation needed) - The founders are very much involved, get to know them on a first name basis - In exponential growth mode

Cons

- Depending on how you feel about this, the team in the US is still relatively small (is actually a pro). - Can't yet go visit Cairo location due to travel restrictions - Will have occasional team events that distract from work

Pros

Thoughtful and engaging culture with tons of opportunity for career growth, employees are trusted by management, no egos from anyone including the executive staff team, intelligent coworkers willing to teach anyone willing to learn, exponential revenue growth, ability to make a big impact in any role, work life balance

Cons

Only downsides so far are the typical issues found at early stage startups. Lots of questions but not a lot of answers, limited processes and procedures (will need to create them as you go along), data isn't always readily available, and decisions need to be made quickly and sometimes without all the needed information.

Pros

Amazing response from customers, brilliant tech, and massive potential upside. You can look at the website and see the caliber of customers we are already working and gain insight into the TAM we are going after. Fantastic leadership that has placed an equal emphasis on the character of people they are willing to hire alongside skill set. If you are interested in a rocket ship that is being piloted by people of high character and clear vision, this is the place to be.

Cons

- Promote over working with low salary & very little benefits. & now that we work from home there is no line between personal well-being & work. If you want to promote over working at least provide health insurance - Bonus depends on your targets & targets are somewhat unrealistic especially with the current situation. The only solution to that is overwork yourself & pray you meet your target. Your yearly raise depends on your targets that you’ve gotten. So as you can tell you’ll have to over work yourself for another year in hopes to meet your targets that year to get a decent raise - Growth development is now basically how to get the targets - They do a good job with Sometimes making you feel replaceable - There tends to be lack of transparency, even though they promote openness - it’s great that the mangers learn as they go but they also need a managerial workshop to learn how to professionally handle employees in a team
