    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I worked at Institute for Work and Health for less than a year

    Pros

-The people are great -Small company culture fosters close relationships

    Cons

-Because this is a not for profit research organization, their funding never increases from the Ministry of Labour -Management is quick to dismiss and not gain employee feedback -Some roles are overworked and under appreciated -Conflict of interests are high and business ethics are very low -Nepotism at it's finest, with 1 HR person not held accountable to fundamental HR principles and code of conduct

    Advice to Management

To question your own business ethics and codes of conduct, to show greater appreciation for your employees, wellness and employee engagement activities should be enhanced but probably not done due to lack of resources
