We do not have and never had an Intern Estimator position. This is a fraud. This post was created to sabotage the organisation. We suggest that Glassdoor investigate the individual posting this and take it down.

    Pros

Very experienced senior management team always willing to support and advise and teach new things and new ways.

    Cons

Some of the past staff were removed by management as they were unprofessional, dishonest, toxic and lazy. These former staff sometimes try to cause trouble for the company. Good thing the company's reputation is very strong and it is the international leader in its field.

Too many workload and top management sucks

Management trains the staff to create their own schedules which they are then committed to achieve. Telemarketing staff normally leaves the office before everyone else. Only Management and Admin staff stay beyond 6.45pm - an even this is only occasional. It is normally the telemarketing staff who cannot perform who then complain about the targets they originally agreed and set of their own free will. Most people go home on time as they follow management's instructions and guidance and plan their work properly. We believe very strongly in coaching and mentoring our staff.

    Horrible working culture

    Business Outlook

    Pros

    High salary,steep learning curve,great colleagues

    Cons

Work environment is terrible. They have strict rules regarding MC and leaves. You are required to call the CEO for approval of your MC or leaves before going to the clinic or else your MC is consider void and you are required to come to work. The boss practice micromanagement and dictatorship where they will control your every move. It is a long working hours kinda job with a screaming boss. Not much benefits either. The company has a very high turnover rate where most staff stay less than a year only.

Every company has its own rules. Over here, all potential employees are briefed about the importance of discipline and performance during the interview so that they join the organisation with their "eyes opened". In fact, on the first day of joining the organisation, all employees are required to read and acknowledge that they agree with the code of ethics and conduct imposed by the organisation. If an employee is not agreeable to the code of ethics and conduct, he/she is free to resign immediately. Therefore, is it not fair for an employee to complaint about the strict MC, EL and tardiness rules if she/he is unable to comply after agreeing to do so during the interview and on the first day of work. Over here, we always try to agree deliverables and deliverables timeline upfront. If the supervisor starts micro managing, it means the person is unable to perform/deliver the agreed tasks on time with the quality promised and expected. No supervisor wants to micro managed their staff as it is too time consuming unless they have to. Therefore, the person who wrote the review needs to learn to look inward before passing such negative comment.
