    Had a Great time during my time at the TBC,improved my performance in my other areas of work.

    Only There for 2 years for I was offered a much higher wage elsewhere

    Continuous coaching and a business culture designed to encourage honest conversations to ensure that the company continues to challenge itself and adapt to social, economical & climate changes.

    An area of opportunity at the moment is further development of technology options to allow for virtual roles rather than the need to have everyone working out of the one location.

    Flexible hours and nice people to work with. Only few companies located at suburb area. Free parking and nice environment to work.

    Cons

    The company is constant changes and cost employees in a state unrest. All changes causes employees lost sense of belonging.
