Narcissistic and unapproachable CEO who throws tantrums at employees when things don't go to plan. The same dude tried to sue one of our coworkers and refused to pay another one their last check. There is no guidance or training for any of the roles and the pay is mediocre too. Don't work here.

This review contains claims that do not align with our policies or practices. We maintain strict standards around professionalism, employee treatment, and payroll compliance. All employees are paid in accordance with state laws, and we do not tolerate the type of behavior described. We also provide structured training and ongoing support across all roles.
We take feedback seriously, but it’s important to ensure it accurately reflects the workplace we operate.

Cons
This company has a CEO who doesn't know what he's doing half the time. (The title doesn't mean you're qualified)
Very little professional growth. (Low ceiling)
Instructions are sometimes muddled due to communication insufficiencies.
The CEO is NEVER at fault.
You are easily replaceable and they will prove it.
You are a number before you're a person.
Mentally draining.
Employment is a revolving door with new faces in and out.
You can't be honest on anonymous surveys because they will find you and you may not be there much longer afterwards. (it's happened)
The pay is atrocious.
The thought is because there are some employees that have been there for multiple years that it's an ideal place to work which is very short-sighted... And that seems to be a common theme
You may be asked to write reviews to boost company ratings on Google, Glassdoor etc. ( Notice how many positive reviews came in on October the 4th 🤔)

Hello,
We proudly employ 70+ employees who have a different outlook of the company. Although most of your comments are exaggerated, we appreciate your feedback.
Very low pay no chance to make any money nor save any. The owner is crooked in every way. He pays for positive reviews and has his staff write fake reviews everywhere. Yelp, indeed, google, etc. if this doesn’t happen he fires you on the spot. Shady shady SHADY company trust me look elsewhere I don’t care how bad you need a job.

Hello
Insurance Navy encourages and motivates our staff to get reviews from our current clients. Google and Yelp have algorithms in place that detect and delete fake reviews, so this is not the case. Our response to the COVID-19 outbreak included offering all staff the option to take as much time off as needed without the fear of losing their position, as well as relocating our staff who worked closely together to different locations in order to maintain 6 feet separation from one another. We also provided face masks, sanitation wipes, and spray to all locations and gave each location the option to not serve walk in clients.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me directly at 708-237-0404 ext 7011.
