Pros

Close to Tacoma area where tech jobs a hard to find Refreshments and snacks are provided for free Employees are nice although a lot of them are fake

Cons

Be aware if you get in engineering department you will have no life unless you are ok with being verbally abused and exploited. I have left a good job for this place close to home which I regretted every day after only two weeks at the job. To be honest is a mystery to me how could have a person that is in-charge of engineering department be there. You can be humiliated almost for no reason in front of everybody and everyone will be like “huh it is ok this happens time to time to everybody”, “it is normal you got to understand that this is the way of communication from that side”! Seriously people are you so desperate for this job to get used to? You will get reminded who you are within the company every time a chance appears either directly or indirectly. Not sure if the owner or the investors doesn’t see this or they just look the other way since this will be a way to have sheep instead of workers. You will be expected to work extra hours every day and not just an hour here and there but pretty much all the time you are not sleeping. When I quit due to not being able to take this no more I thought I will regret but it was so easy to find another job that actually pays almost 30k more; although I had to relocate. If you are young and want to build a career in a respectful environment this is not a place for you do not repeat my mistake. I wish all the comments out here would have been the truth.

Pros

Some great opportunities to learn about cloud technology Most employees are very friendly, and helpful You'll learn about accounting software Flexible hours This experience will open new doors

Cons

- There is an engineer here who, in my eyes, is a bad apple. Runs the department like a dictator, and has no regard for how his means of poor communication and aggressive behaviors impact those around him. - The environment I worked in started out relatively well, but said engineer was moved into a position of management, and began micromanaging every aspect of the department to the point that the job was no longer remotely enjoyable - I was sexually harassed while working here by a manager - The customers are incredibly difficult to work with. Because there are no standard procedures in place for handling different requests customers have learned to just yell at you, and refuse to get off the phone until they get what they want no matter how polite you are. - The pay, and health benefits are a joke compared to the rest of the industry, and they don't cover the cost of commuting across the Tacoma Toll Bridge. - All that this job is good for is getting experience so that you can move on as fast as possible. Working here opened a door to a job that pays twice as much.

Pros

I can't think of any thing positive.

Cons

Nepotism, lack of respect for employees, nepotism, lack of professionalism, no honesty to employees or clients, did I say nepotism.
