I have been working at Integra LifeSciences for more than 5 years

    Pros

It would be the people , their diverse culture. Every department except customer service has great salary and benefits! A great place for college students or freshly high school grad.

    Cons

Lack of communication , overworked, micromanage is expected, doesn't invest in ergonomic tools for their employees quantity over quality .

    "Stay Away"

    Customer Service in Hawthorne, NY

    I worked at Integra LifeSciences

    Pros

I'm not sure I can include any pros at working at the company. You were always paid on time. Per labor standards

    Cons

Miserable management, you were not allowed to fraternize with other employees, every minute of your day was micromanaged.

I have been working at Integra LifeSciences full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Pretty decent job security in my department, not so much in others. As the company continues to grow, they are laying off the "unnecessary" jobs/people. Good benefits and PTO.

    Cons

Lack of communication between front line employees and upper management. They are trying to become a "billion dollar company" at the employees expense. No adequate training on processes or on new acquisitions.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Integra LifeSciences full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Lots of opporturnity to work on projects. Some departments have a good working environment. Its possible to get exposed to other roles and departments; which can broden your background.

    Cons

The company does not embody best in class thinking. Its hard to get things accomplished (broken and overly complicated processes; and there seems to be a lack of accountablity for results thruout Integra. Very tight with comp; even with promotions the company does not pay very well. HQ seems very heavily resouced; while the other sites have to beg and plead for headcount.

I have been working at Integra LifeSciences full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Young starter can have a glimps into job life and gain some experience. Some good and nice colleagues in multicultural environment. For some 9 to 5 its a job. Free coffeemaker and sometimes sweets.

    Cons

Plenty. It has a revolving door for staff – some teams have 80% turnover. Payment for managers seems to be good – the rest is capped. If you are not desperate for a job - avoid it. If you get the offere to work via agency - avoid it. If you would like to see at least small but constant emprovement, this will not happen – avoid it. If you do not like to work in one big office with approx 80 to 100 people and a lack of fresh air – avoid it. Poor management – no one is responsible the cover themselves
