    Pros

First two years were good. The company is growing rapidly as they are rapidly acquiring new sites. Business is good.

    Cons

They do not promote from within...Don't bother interviewing for the next level up. You will be overlooked by someone under qualified.
Bonuses and raises are an absolute joke.
Raises are a cost of living increase...which is also a joke because they don't give you a cost of living salary in the first place.
Business is good but you would never know because they don't take care of their really good people.

    Advice to Management

Promote from within. Every time you don't, your best people quit. At least act like you care about your employees.

    Pros

Avoid this company at all time.

    Cons

The executive managers do not provide resources and you are hold accountable for not doing the work of 3-4 people. Salaries are below the job market. Very political place. No communication, no integrity, no honesty, no recognition, you are blamed for decisions made even your time.

    Advice to Management

Should respect the FDA and the legal system. otherwise they will be in a lot of legal suits in the near future.

I have been working at Integra LifeSciences full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pretty decent job security in my department, not so much in others. As the company continues to grow, they are laying off the "unnecessary" jobs/people. Good benefits and PTO.

    Cons

Lack of communication between front line employees and upper management. They are trying to become a "billion dollar company" at the employees expense. No adequate training on processes or on new acquisitions.

    Advice to Management

Get feed back from your employees! Talk to them

    Pros

They try hard to make you feel like you are an important piece of the business.

    Cons

They don't know anything about the businesses they purchase and then change all that is good about them!

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employee's they know much more than you do!

I have been working at Integra LifeSciences full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Easy work, plenty of overtime if you want it, pretty clean shop, decent pay, personal time off is pretty good

    Cons

Management makes up rules that aren't approved by the corporate office, no advancement opportunities, very slow at literally everything, their engineering department is the worst I've ever seen, quality department isn't much better, very discriminatory when enforcing rules.

This is very unfortunate because it used to be a very good place to work.

    Advice to Management

If you value your people you better start treating them better, otherwise you will lose very skilled employees. Morale is low and the work is suffering because of it.

    Pros

Strong leadership, company focused on global growth (and doing it) and good people who care about their work.

    Cons

Still going through some growing pains. Company is a product of multiple acquisitions. Some old processes and red tape still exists from years ago.
