    Pros

Good people to work with, decent pay, some people can telecommute.

    Cons

Company split into two parts. Seems like they are going to divest one portion and keep the rest. Treat employees as disposable resources more than valuable workers. Open workspace environment is disruptive to getting work done.

    Advice to Management

Tell people in advance what is going to be going on. Listen to them when they say there are issues and actually look into them instead of just paying lip service. Stop changing priorities at the drop of a hat.

I have been working at Integra full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    I can't think of any.

    Cons

Very disrespectful of women. 95% of management consists of the "dumb boys club". No diversity in the workplace leads to a homogenous group think. The health insurance is no better than a catastrophic plan and the employees pay 1/2. Can't keep good people. No opportunities for advancement. No career development, no bonus structure, no merit increases.

    Advice to Management

Sell the company to a company that can make it.

I have been working at Integra (More than a year)

    Pros

Local company with best in class, dedicated business services. Great products. Very high integrity on the sales team and excellent benefits. Outstanding customer care, support and repair.

    Cons

Disconnect between management, order processing and sales team. Too much pressure on sales without managerial responsibility in helping everyone succeed.Offer management lacks direction and uses employees as scapegoats. Too much managerial turnover to create a stable environment.

    Advice to Management

Help all your people succeed, not just some, and make sure that everyone wins. Train people to be their best.

    I worked at Integra full-time

    Pros

Once the company moved to Vancouver, they dis provide us with all new "stste of the art," office equipment.

    Cons

Good old boys network. Working in a fishbowl. Women are not respected. Management never listens.

    Advice to Management

Start listening to your employees! No one ever wanted an "open environment," where no one has privacy, people yell out and talk very loud. Management are bullies, they promote bad behavior, or ignore it. They do not hold people accountable for their actions especially if it is a man.
