I have been working at Integral Molecular full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fun, fast-paced working environment. Lots of chances to take on responsibility. Really innovative approaches to therapeutic antibody discovery and characterization. Employees with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

    Cons

Juggling many different projects can be overwhelming. Company is not widely known.

    Advice to Management

Better marketing could grow the business exponentially.

    Pros

The environment at Integral Molecular is both warm and friendly. The employees are quick to help each other in projects or experiments, and the senior management is very much in touch with our needs. There are also plenty of leadership opportunities and room for growth here, as well as a unique culture that I couldn't find anywhere else.

    Cons

Since the teams carry their own separate projects, it's sometimes easy to lose track of the projects going on in the company.

  3. "Interesting"

I worked at Integral Molecular full-time

    Pros

The company has a small feel but is rather robust in their ability to accommodate large manufacturing and research efforts

    Cons

Because it is small, it often does not feel welcoming the established relationships are difficult to integrate into, which can be frustrating.

    Advice to Management

Take a more active role in acknowledging the experience new employees have and leveraging it into appropriate responsibilities to suit their skill set

I have been working at Integral Molecular full-time

    Pros

Excellent scientific community, great location, increased profits are turned around to employee compensation, innovation is encouraged, employee growth and learning is very important to management.

    Cons

Quickly repairing/replacing important equipment is not always given top priority. Compensation and benefits are limited by the size and revenue of the company.

    Advice to Management

Sometimes the best person for the job is not the person whose resume most closely aligns to the task, but the person who will add a diverse viewpoint to the team.

    Pros

The people at this company are, without exception, kind, considerate, and helpful people. It is a very welcoming environment. The culture of teamwork leads to high productivity and cooperation. People in positions of leadership are transparent, so it there is a very open line of communication with superiors.

    Cons

With the separate teams, it is easy to be caught up in your own work and not know what the other teams' work entails. That being said, there are opportunities to learn from, communicate with, and potentially begin to work with those other teams.

"Great people, great CEO, lackluster middle management"

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Friendly coworkers, interesting projects, good corporate culture. Overall a very good place to get work done and interact with others.

    Cons

While the president of the company is great and driving the direction of Integral, middle management is exceptionally poor. Projects are often slowed by such ineffectual leadership.
