    Working around the airline industry was always fun and interesting. Everyone I ever worked with in that atmosphere were team players.

    The hours were not that great, but our compensation made up for that.

    Management was very professional and I was in a great environment. Therefore the pros were the people that I worked with.

    Pay was low ($10.00) for driving out to the airport and no flight benefits.

    Advice to Management

    Give your employees more pay and flight benefits. Keep the management team you have in Denver.

    For management and above company was great to work for.

    Cons

    High deductible health plan
    pay for non-management was low
    most employees were not considered full time so did not have benefits

    Advice to Management

    Listen to the concerns of those doing the work. Had a lot of chiefs and not many Indians.
