    Pros

Great place to work. Employees work well together and are very willing to help each other. Although each job is custom made, the company has a strong focus on meeting the customer needs. Good Pay, Good working conditions, and they are willing to work with you when you have occasional personal needs to take care.

    Cons

Their customers are primarily in the Oil and Gas industry which, unfortunately, has not done so well of late. The company needs to gain more inroads into other industries offsetting the downtime caused from the Oil and Gas industry.

    Pros

Multi-cultured and open minded environment. Projects are exciting, and give you a real sense of accomplishment.

    Cons

You can't really be promote; you will remain in a fixed position for many years. The jobs are sold with rediculous turn arounds. It can be externally stressfully to meet deadlines.

    Advice to Management

    Encourage young engineers to grow.

The people are great and like family. I miss them and we still keep in touch.
Compensation was below national standards, but I didn't mind. It helped me to be more assertive

Following up with management to get the documents and other records I needed was often a challenge.

    Advice to Management

Communication and working with deadlines could use some improvement.
