    Pros

A consistent pay check and that's about all

    Cons

    Horrible company to work for!

    Advice to Management

Learn to listen & value your front line managers. Learn how to care about your customers (hospitals) and do what is best for them and the patient & stop wasting their (hospitals) money! Division Directots & Vice Presidents are a bunch of liars. They will sale what ever they think you need or want to hear but can not produce! Do not outsource or hire this company who has merged with Steris & Synergy. They will come into your hospital promise to turn around your SPD Deparment and leave it worse than it was before! Run or look the other way when you hear or see their names!

    Pros

Family owned company and everyone knows everyone by first name.

    Cons

Their method of laying someone off us by calling several people in a meeting and then telling them that they are all being let go and that their supervisors are outside to escort them out of the building. Another method is by leaving a note on someone's chair asking them to clear out by 8am.

    Advice to Management

Management treats everyone with respect when they get hired but this should be extended when someone is laid off. This is how an employee can become a 'disgruntled employee'.
