I have been working at Integration Technologies Group full-time

    Pros

ITG is a small business with approximately 80 - 100 employees and while the organization is growing, there is still a family feel. The majority of employees have been at the company for over 10 years. The company is currently focused on sales growth and is open to new products and solutions. The customer remains the number one priority. Additionally, best practices are emphasized and management is open to input on how...

    Cons

Due to the small size, there can be limits on career growth. Additionally, due to the tenure of staff, there can be a resistance to change.

    Advice to Management

Continue to be open to collaboration.

I worked at Integration Technologies Group full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

I can't really think of any Pros for working at this company,

    Cons

Unfair treatment of employees. Promotion of untrained and inexperience person to management position who did not follow the guidelines in the employee handbook, No raises, Support staff treated like over head and second class because they are not revenue producers but they are the workers who get the job done. I am sorry I wasted 9.5 years going no where in this company. Would really like to bring a lawsuit on them...

I worked at Integration Technologies Group

    Pros

Solid emphasis on training and decent tuition reimbursement program. Employer paid health insurance for employees. Salary increases and yearly bonus plus annual Christmas party.

    Cons

Favoritism is the name of the game. If you don't question manager's "authority" you got along just fine, otherwise, you had issues.

    Advice to Management

Management training programs are needed, from first-line supervisor up to middle manager.

I have been working at Integration Technologies Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The people are great to work with, management can be good and sometimes not.

    Cons

Management to be sure along with employee reviews which are not always completed.

    Advice to Management

Place more emphasis on developing managers, I felt that upper management were satisfied with the status quo.

I worked at Integration Technologies Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Very understanding of family situations. 401k (non-matching). Fully covered insurance (Kaiser Permanente). Works on a government schedule (all government holidays off, tele-work on days where government is closed). Yearly Christmas bonus if company is doing well.

    Cons

Everyone is salary so they can take advantage of not paying for overtime. Some roles don't respect your time outside of the office. No company cars, and low compensation for taking your own, which may be a requirement. They take advantage of the catchall "whatever is expected of you" in your job description to hold you to standards and expectations that you are not qualified for.
