A business consulting firm also excels at design and web development
Nov 2, 2019 - Software Developer in Saint Louis, MORecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Killer team, mature processes, flexible work environment, best clients across the US. Also the best tech and toys possible. Some of the most challenging and rewarding projects and client programs I’ve encountered in my career. The managers of this firm really do care about every good employee here. I may not agree with them all the time, but there is no doubt they care and are always honestly trying to do what is best for us, the clients and the projects. Like most consulting firms, this place is what you put into it.
Cons
Healthy amount of tension but those of us on anti-anxiety meds need to accept consulting is hard. Very little handholding so egotistical goofballs who can’t deliver should avoid at all costs or you will be exposed quickly (but at least you can troll and anonymously post here Like the idiots you really are!). This place is excellent and constantly trying to improve in the areas needed.

The Future of Business
Jun 13, 2019 - Data Analyst in Saint Louis, MORecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Integrity is one of the most progressive organizations I have ever worked with or known of. You can literally write your own ticket there and become anything you want - provided there is a value add to the culture and clients. It is the most flexible and accommodating place I've ever worked with the primary values being productivity and respect. Work from home, work from the couch, work from a coffee shop. Anything goes as long as you get your work done and communicate. The unlimited PTO and immediate benefits make it easy to onboard. Everyone gets fitted with a sweet laptop and equipment is never an issue. Need something to make your life easier, more productive, or more fun? Just ask and it is usually is granted. This organization and the owners work with you to make your career goals a reality even if it means you leaving and starting something totally new. They are really champions of growing people. They value individuality and diversity and encourage you to fully be yourself. Bring on the purple hair or whatever makes you feel like your most authentic self. Innovation is built into the DNA here and change is neverending. The owners are passionate and invite and expect high communication. When I interview with other companies, they are looking for people to help them move in the direction Integrity has blazed. All that being said, Integrity is not for everyone.
Cons
Because the organization is flat, without a traditional management structure, the cultural model puts a huge amount of responsibility and accountability on the individual. This is the biggest stumbling block I have seen for people. If you don't have the ability to express your needs, communicate, and resolve conflict openly you will probably struggle at Integrity. The people I've seen struggle have not been able to ask for what they need/want and in the end, self-destruct under the self-imposed stress. You have to be able to say NO, manage your time, and fulfill your commitments to succeed there. If you are the type who needs a clear path to your evolution, Integrity will also not be a good fit for you because there is no predefined path for you. The owners and leads always encourage and try to set people up for success but there is not a traditional hierarchy of titles and roles. In my expeirence, the owners of Integrity created this company because they love what they do. They are always looking for people to become their partners and take the company in a new direction. If you are not a trailblazer type personality or self-starter you will likely feel stressed there. For the first year I worked at Integrity I loved it and hated it at the same time until I learned that I had to speak up and really engage on all levels. Once I did that most of the stress went away. No one is perfect, not me, not the owners, but there is a universal commitment to growth here that is unusual.

- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Integrity is an amazing place to learn. You're offered a ton of project opportunities and have the ability to direct your own growth. If you're interested in a certain kind of project, you can absolutely head in that direction. The office is great, and you're given the freedom to work as you like without someone overseeing you. Great fringe benefits like 401k match and healthcare.
Cons
Low salaries compared to similar jobs. The environment only works if you're responsible.
