Pros
None, nothing, nada, zip, zilch
Cons
They waste your time when looking for a job. I applied for four jobs right away and all four have no start dates. They have no problem interviewing for the non-existent jobs though. They also have no problem texting you at 3AM about the jobs that don't exist. What a scam.

Pros
Great core values Rewards for hard work Small, independent office with ownership of all our work Hardworking people trying to connect people with good jobs
Cons
Monotonous work Often working with difficult clients, trying to fill legitimately bad jobs with low pay No upward mobility in small office Long hours working to fill jobs under strict deadlines

Pros
Great first job to gain experience in recruiting or account management. Remote work is a plus.
Cons
Pay is low with no commission for remote recruiters. Benefits are not great with very little pto offered. No opportunities for advancement. Company does not prioritize growth for entry level employees. Layoffs are frequent. I’ve seen 6 managers and over half my team let go in 2 years.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback! Here at Integrity, we believe opportunity is everything. We're proud to say that many of our leadership team members started in entry-level hourly roles with the company - even at our C-level! It's why one of our Core Values is Bigger Boots; we want people to step into bigger roles and grow with the company. We also offer some of the industry's most competitive wages and benefits packages; plus, your PTO increases with your tenure! We encourage you to speak with your manager about growth opportunities within the organization. Be sure to also ask about our LMS training platform, where team members can take online classes to help advance their skills across a wide variety of topics. If you're ready to run with thoroughbreds, you have a path here!
