    Pros

    Intel is a great company with work and life balance, has open door policy, employee owns their career by working with their manager.

    Cons

    Some sites are having less job opportunities and cross country transfer is not allowed.

    Colleagues are nice. A lot of interesting activities. No overtime. A relatively high wage in China.

    Cons

    The transfer between departments is not easy. Not very flexible. Lack of passion.

    It's a nice place to work. People are open and willing to help each other. Multiple benefits including bus&airline shelter.

    Cons

    As of most big companies, it's may be less efficiency. Base payment is less than Internet companies.

    Generally speaking Intel is a good company. It provides many benefits. It is very hi-tech company which attracts top talents

    Cons

    Due to poor performance of the company, the bonus is so good. And the product designed is not well accepted by the market

    Understand the market trend and design a product which the consumer will accept
