    Great place to work! They provide great employee welfare and all the benefits. The work schedule is quite flexible and the supervisor is super nice!

    good work life balance, great place to learn, flexible hours, good brand, cutting edge technology, good pay etc.

    Cons

    bureaucracy, playing catch up in most of the new areas, management is arrogant and slow to respond to changes. too much emphasis on process to the point that it paralyzes you.

    move quickly, no need to find data for everything. go with instincts, believe in your heart and commit full heartedly to what you do.
