I worked at Intel Corporation full-time

    Pros

Decent pay and benefits, cutting edge, some good people.

    Cons

Too much politics, too many reorganizations, target on your back if you are an older worker

    Advice to Management

Skills and experience aren't a bad thing and just because someone likes and is comfortable in a position that doesn't mean they don't fit into your meritocracy.

I worked at Intel Corporation full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good culture. Almost all Co-workers are easy to get along with.
The schedule of delivering work is not that tight to give you big pressure.

    Cons

Technical Skills grow too slowly. There are short of very good analog engineers.
Intel doesn't need that many good analog engineers anyway.

    Advice to Management

AT least to Know who are doing the work and critical for finishing the projects.

I have been working at Intel Corporation full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Depending on the team and management, great place to work. Lots of small perks that try to get the employees excited but seem to fall a bit short. Lots of opportunities to grow in any direction you can imagine.

    Cons

Management seems lost at all levels. it seems at times that hiring the best managers with people skills are not even considered. There are some great managers but they seem to get lost in the sea of mediocrity. Recent layoffs have left quite a bad morale with the employees and its clear that senior management cares a ton more about the bottom line than you as an employee.

    Advice to Management

Re-excite the employees to do something awesome. Properly staff and reward them. It will pay off with executed schedules and quality products!
